REQUIREMENTS OF CONFERENCE MATERIAL
The hosts understand the importance of possibilities to fulfill professional skills for everyone, especially during the COVID – 19 pandemic; therefore, we will accept presentation material in any appropriate format, for instance, video-audio (Youtube), documents (PDF, WORD), PowerPoint presentations and photos.
You are kindly provided with a possibility to participate in the international conference online, sending your speeches and presenting via ZOOM on 21 November 2023 or personally at the conference at Festivalio Str. 3 a, Visaginas, Lithuania.
The beginning of the conference is planned for 12.00 p.m. The precise time and link to the conference in ZOOM will be sent to participants by email in advance.
The presentation text shall be in English and the native language of the author.
The key goal of the project is to present and discuss methods of education of children and youth by means of music and development of the international dialog.
The conference participants: teachers, lecturers, schoolchildren and students; also, the participants of the festival-competition shall represent their countries. Duration of a presentation shall be 15-20 minutes. This may be performance of classical music, choreography, literature and folklore.
Each presentation shall consist of two parts:
Text requirements:
Text format: Word for Windows. Page format: А4 (210×297 mm). Margins: 2.5 cm – all sides. Font: size – 14; type – Times New Roman.
The title shall be in capital letters, the font – bold, alignment – central. The initials and last name of the author (-s) – below, after the double line spacing, sentence case.
The next line – a full name of the organization, town. A double line spacing and summary, key word, then, a double line spacing again and the text, line spacing single, indent – 1.25 cm, alignment – justified.
Names and numbers of pictures shall be given underneath, names and numbers of tables – above. Tables, schemes, drawings, formulae (only in Equation or Math Type, up to 15 objects-formulae), diagrams shall remain in the margins (the font in tables and pictures – not smaller than 11 pt).
Footnotes shall be given in square brackets. Literature references are not necessary. No divisions into syllables are acceptable.
When an electronic version is submitted, each article shall be a separate document file). The name of the document shall include a topic and the last name of the first author.
Material, information about authors and scanned payment receipts (in separate files) shall be sent in one email to Viktorija Ksenpfontova, the Head of the conference, [email protected] before 11 October 2023 m.

Having received files, the organizational committee shall confirm if material is appropriate of publishing within two days. The authors who sent out material by email and have not received a confirmation from the organizational committee are kindly asked to resent the application again.
MATERIAL FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE S?HALL BE ACCEPTED BY 11 OCTOBE 2023 ONLY.
